
Chocolate Quinoa Bark
This is a healthy, simple chocolate dessert with the perfect crunch.

Ingredients
2 cups quinoa
5 chocolate bars (or enough to make it the chocolate consistency you want)
1 tbsp sea salt
Recipe
- In a medium saucepan on medium heat, add in your quinoa.
- Let it cook in the pan until it begins to brown and pops a little like popcorn kernels.
- Break apart your chocolate bars and add them to the saucepan.
- Stir it around until all of the chocolate is melted and mixed in with the quinoa.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smooth out the chocolate quinoa mixture.
- Put it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight (recommended)
- Break it apart like bark and then enjoy!
- I store this in a glass container or ziplock bag in the freezer until I want to enjoy it.
