Breakfast Burrito Eggroll
This is a breakfast even the pickiest of eaters will like. They're quick and great for weekday breakfasts on the go.

															Ingredients
							a package of egg roll wrappers						
											
							1 lb ground sausage						
											
							10 eggs, beaten						
											
							2 cups shredded cheddar cheese						
											
							2 tbs olive oil						
									Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
 - In a medium sized skillet, brown your ground sausage. Remove the sausage and set aside.
 - In that same skillet, scramble your eggs. Add the sausage into the scrambled eggs once they’re cooked.
 - Add in the shredded cheese and give it a stir.
 - Grab your egg roll wrappers and let’s assemble!
 - Place one egg roll wrapper on a baking sheet. Spoon the egg mixture in the center and then roll it up like a burrito. Do this until your egg mixture is all used up.
 - Brush the egg rolls with olive oil.
 - Bake for 425 for 10 minutes. Flip and then bake for another 8-10 minutes.
 - Serve with salsa or hot sauce.
