
Banana Bread
This banana bread includes a little protein addition which is helpful in keeping my kids fuller longer.

Ingredients
3 bananas, mashed
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Mash your bananas in a small bowl.
- In a medium bowl, add your butter and sugar and mix until it’s all combined.
- Add in vanilla, egg, flour, baking soda, salt and greek yogurt and mix it all up.
- Add in the mashed bananas and give it a stir.
- In a parchment lined loaf plan, spoon your banana bread mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until it’s cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cook for a few minutes before removing it from the loaf pan.
- Slice and enjoy!
