Turtle Terrine

Ingredients
15 oreo cookies, or another chocolate sandwich cookie
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1.5 oz chocolate bar, chopped
1 8 oz tub of whipped topping, thawed
3 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Recipe
- In a food processor (or blender), pulse cookies until they’re finely ground. Add in the butter and pulse again.
- Line a loaf pan with cling wrap. Sprinkle pecans (optional) and chopped chocolate into the pan. Spread the whipped topping.
- Spread the chocolate ice cream and then vanilla ice cream.
- Top it by adding the cookie mixture.
- Tightly cover the top of the pan with the cling wrap and freeze for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.
- To serve, flip it over and unwrap. Slice it and enjoy!
