small white plastic cups
red ribbon
black sharpie
orange sharpie

Recipe
- Grab your small white cups and using a hot glue gun, put a little dot on the cup and wrap a small piece of red ribbon around the cup. Use enough red ribbon to wrap around a tie like a scarf.
- Using a black sharpie and orange sharpie, draw two eyes and an orange carrot nose on the cup.
- Pop your bag of popcorn and then fill the cups up with popcorn.
