Pretzel Dogs
These pretzels dogs are fun for the kids to make and are great for parties.

Ingredients
8 hot dogs (I use Nathan's bun length)
1 frozen bag of dinner rolls
1/4 cup baking soda
1 egg, beaten
Everything Bagel seasoning
Recipe
- Take your frozen dinner rolls and completely thaw them.
- Grab one roll and roll it out on a flat surface. You want it to be long and thin so it can wrap around the hot dog.
- Take one hot dog and take the rolled out dough and begin wrapping it around the hot dog. To ensure the dough doesn’t unravel, be sure to pinch the dough together on the hot dog so it sticks together.
- Continue doing this until every hot dog is wrapped with dough.
- In your pot of boiling water, add 1/4 cup baking soda and toss your hot dogs in there for 30 seconds.
- Remove them from the water and put on a baking sheet.
- Brush the hot dogs with a beaten egg.
- Top with your seasoning– I’m using everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite dip! I like to use mustard.
