one pot taco pasta

One Pot Taco Pasta

Taco, but make it pasta! This is great for meal prepping.

4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 tbs butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
2/3 cup taco seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 cup whole milk
8 oz elbow pasta
2 cups shredded cheese

Recipe

  • In a large pot, add in butter and your ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned.
  • Add in minced garlic, taco seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, milk and elbow pasta.
  • Give it a good stir and then let it come to a boil. Put a lid on and reduce the heat.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, until the noodles are cooked.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir.
  • Serve immediately or store in an air tight container in your fridge if you’re meal prepping.
