Ingredients
1lb ground beef
package of taco seasoning
4 oz can of green chilies
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
10 oz can enchilada sauce
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp lime juice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 flour tortillas (3 tortillas for each pizza)
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and then add the taco seasoning with a little water as instructed on the package.
- Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl.
- Add the green chiles, beans, enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup and lime juice to the beef. Give it a good stir.
- To assemble, grab 2 oven safe circular pans. Start by putting down a tortilla, meat mixture, sprinkle with 1/2 cup of each cheese and then repeat the layer one more time. Do this for the other circular pan as well.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the enchilada sauce is bubbly.
