Holiday Pull Apart Bread

This holiday pull apart bread is great as an appetizer so people can pick at it while visiting before the big meal.

8-12 servings

Ingredients

8 oz bag of shredded mozzarella
4 oz of shredded parmesan
8 slices of salami, chopped into small pieces
15 pieces of pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
pinch of salt and pepper
2- 16oz cans of biscuit dough, cut into quarters
2 tbs olive oil
Optional: sprigs of rosemary for garnish

Recipe

  • Preheat your oven to 325.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cheeses, salami, pepperoni, garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Add in your quartered biscuit dough.
  • Using your hands, mix it all together.
  • Spray a bundt pan and then add the mixture in.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Flip it onto your serving platter and I add a little rosemary to give it a little holiday touch.
