Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, chopped up (do not use the skin)
1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
2 tbs green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbs pickle juice
1/2 cup ranch
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe
- Chop your rotisserie chicken into small pieces, like you’d have in a chicken salad.
- Add in your chopped green onion, sweet onion, diced up dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and ranch.
- Stir it all up until it’s well combined and chill in the fridge.
- Slice your croissants open to use as a sandwich.
- Add the chicken salad into the croissants and enjoy!
