
Breakfast Scramble
I never skip breakfast. It's a great way to kickstart my day. I'll make this breakfast scramble for my kids before school.

Ingredients
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
6 eggs, beaten
2 pieces of mesquite turkey, sliced up
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: hot sauce
Recipe
- In a medium saucepan, add in chopped red bell pepper. Let that saute for a couple minutes.
- Add in your beaten eggs and scramble your eggs until they’re done.
- Add in the chopped mesquite turkey and cheese. Give it a good stir.
- Let the cheese melt and serve!
