Ingredients

6 tbs soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp black pepper
1.5 lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
bag of frozen whole skinny green beans
pinch of salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 white onion, diced
2 tbsp butter
fresh farm, grated

Recipe

  • Start by making your mixture– in a small bowl, mix together your soy sauce, corn starch and black pepper.
  • Take your pork tenderloin and cut it into 1-2 inch chunks.
  • Toss the pork in your soy sauce mixture.
  • In a large skillet, add olive oil and pork chunks. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Cook that until the pork is completely done.
  • Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  • In that same skillet, add your frozen green beans. Put the lid on and let it steam a little bit.
  • Remove the lid and add in white onion, garlic and butter.
  • Stir it up and cook until the green beans are cooked to your liking.
  • Add the pork back in and give it a stir and then serve.
